HR & Wellbeing Manager job for public services organisation based in Norwest Sydney. The organisation is blessed with a dedicated permanent and casual workforce who are passionate about making a difference in their work.

**Your new role**
The new HR & Wellbeing Manager will lead the HR function from a strategic point of view. The role overseas a team of 8 HR professionals and reports into a CFO.

You will be a key leader in the organisation to ensure strong people practices, industrial relations, employee relations, wellbeing and employee experience. Duties include:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, health & safety, employee relations and industrial relations activities.
- Development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Maintaining health & wellbeing and performance monitoring framework
- Responsible for ensuring all training and professional development
- Provide leadership development programs
- Analyse business risk and implement controls

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have demonstrated leadership of a HR team and understand how to align a people strategy with business objectives.

Ideally you will have sufficient years experience in a senior HR leadership role.

Preferably you will be qualified with a relevant HR degree and own a drivers license.
