HR Advisor | Sports Club | South Western Sydney | 8 months FTC | 100-105k + Super

**Your new company**

Your new company is a large local sports and hospitality club located in the south-western Sydney suburbs.

**Your new role**

You will be covering a maternity leave contract for minimum 8 months, assisting with the clubs BAU:

- POC for employee queries, advising employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assisting the recruitment function
- Assisting in project work
- Managing the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, customer-facing role

**What you'll need to succeed**- Relevant experience in a similar role as a HR Advisor for a varied workforce- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels- Ability to prioritise and multitask- Previous experience working in a similar organisation would be highly regarded
