An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and driven individual to join our clients team in thr Gold Coast.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Input invoices into our system
- Work closely with Management to ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly P&L reporting for the site is accurate
- Work closely with Sales & Finance Manager to create multiple sales contracts & invoices daily
- General office administration
- Coordinate staff reimbursements
- Vehicle registration and transport department processing including acquisitions, disposals & transfers

**You will have**:

- A background in finance and administration
- Knowledge of our ERP Eclipse system would be looked upon favourably
- Strong communication skills
- High level of accuracy - an eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to think proactively
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experienced in a fast paced office culture
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge is essential, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- "Can-Do" attitude along with a genuine desire to help the team to succeed is paramount.
- Remuneration will be paid commensurate with experience_
