About We Paint Gold Coast

We are a professional painting company based in Burleigh Heads, serving both residential and commercial clients across the Gold Coast region. Our team of 15 staff is dedicated to crafting exceptional results—whether it's for internal or external painting, roof restorations, wallpapering, pressure washing or epoxy and concrete floor finishes.

Position: Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities


•    Provide day-to-day administrative support across office operations.


•    Manage project documentation, scheduling, and coordination using our job management system.


•    Handle invoicing, supplier liaising, and financial records via Xero.


•    Act as a central point of contact—fielding client enquiries and liaising with our painting teams in the field.


•    Maintain client databases, prepare quotes, and handle general correspondence.

  • Reach out to companies to secure future relationships

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications


•    Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or similar support role.


•    Proficient with Xero for invoicing and financial administration.


•    Prior experience with job management systems (e.g., Tradify Tradition, WorkflowMax, or similar).


•    Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.


•    Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal.


•    Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred past experience working within trade based companies.
  • Familiarity with the Gold Coast residential and commercial painting industry.


•    Experience preparing project quotes or managing client-facing documentation.

  • Experience in quantities estimations off a plan
