Lease Administration Manager – Shopping Centre

Location: Gold Coast, Southport

Salary: Up to $100,000 including super (commensurate with experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Queensland's leading privately owned retail shopping centre landlords, managing a significant portfolio across the state.

With a strong reputation for a supportive workplace culture, structured training (including a dedicated systems and process trainer), and long-term career development pathways, this is an ideal role for someone passionate about retail property and commercial lease administration.

We are currently seeking a Lease Administration Manager to support the Centre Management team at a flagship retail shopping centre in Southport. You'll report directly to the Retail Manager and play a key role in the smooth operation of leasing and tenancy administration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage retail lease documentation and ensure accuracy of lease records
  • Complete lease administration sections of monthly owner reports
  • Support the Finance Manager with financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Maintain and update the Rent Relief Register
  • Review and update the Tenancy Schedule each month
  • Liaise with tenants, legal teams, and internal stakeholders regarding lease terms and documentation

About You:
  • Experience in Lease Administration, Property Administration, or Centre Administration within commercial or retail property is highly regarded
  • Exposure to shopping centre management or retail tenancy administration is a plus
  • Familiarity with MRI Software is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
