We are on the hunt for 2 Administration Managers (Parkwood and Upper Coomera) ready to take their career to the next level

**Who are we?**

Kids Therapy Club is a recognised paediatric club providing innovative therapy services and support to children and young people with special needs, disorders, and disabilities, whilst empowering and supporting families. That’s right, we are a club, not a clinic Meaning we see intervention a little differently from the rest and deliver a variety of fun and exciting individual and group therapies to our clients.

**What we expect of you**:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish rapport with clients, families, and professionals
- Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to multitask is a MUST
- You must be incredibly self-motivated, confident, and able to work autonomously
- A terrific personality - we laugh a lot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to continuous improvement
- Event management skills for staff and clients
- Debt collection experience is highly desirable
- Social media skills are highly desirable
- NDIS and MBS knowledge is very advantageous

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role
- Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: $41,376.24 - $71,713.64 per year

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 2 years (preferred)
