**About the opportunity**

The Manager Organisational Planning and Improvement will play a key role in driving strategic outcomes, leading the agency’s annual planning cycle and improving processes. The role will drive a customer focused approach to continuous improvement and process improvement, strengthening the experience for NSW communities and NSW SES volunteers.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be proficient in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Thrive in environments where you manage through influence
- Have demonstrated experience in corporate planning
- Have proven experience in continuous improvement and/or process improvement

**What we can offer you**
- You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with the potential for flexible work arrangements such as a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week depending on the requirements of the role and operational needs
- You can enjoy a hybrid work environment, time in the office and time working from home.
- Attractive salary range of $125,693.00 to $138,510.00 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading
