- Salary range: $120,859 - $133,183+ super, commensurate with experience.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialists/ Coach to join our Continuous Improvement team.

**A little bit about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have (most, if not all) the following:

- Experience in previous Continuous Improvement role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement and lean related frameworks and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching employees and teams on continuous improvement and lean tools and methodologies.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder holder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills to deliver the outcomes via others.
- Experience in building Continuous Improvement toolkit and playbook
- Experience in project management framework and agile ways of working
- Ability to deliver CI and Lean training.
- Knowledge of Change management framework
- LSS Green or Black Belt certification.
- Passionate about customer centric and continuous improvement culture.
