**The role**

We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment functions nationally. Location: Adelaide or Sydney CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Project Leadership: Lead strategic TA initiatives, including our Graduate program and Innovate Reconciliation Plan actions.
- Internal Progression & Talent Management: Facilitate career growth and internal movements to support employee retention and development.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact, strategic hiring initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvements across all aspects of the TA lifecycle.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive Adbri’s DEI goals by implementing inclusive TA strategies that contribute to a diverse and welcoming workforce.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Provide meaningful reporting and metrics to support informed business decisions.
