The Opportunity

In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support, design and development, and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.

BDA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a designated program of work.

This role is based in our Adelaide office, with the opportunity to work a hybrid arrangement between office and home. This is a chance to join a highly motivated team in a dynamic, ever-changing business where the opportunities are endless.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BDA, you will:

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and coordination of onboarding experienc

    Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, and support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processe- s
    Coordinate candidate care activities, including proactive sourcing of internal and/or talent pool candidates prior to external advertisin- g

About you

This role requires strong solution orientation, a team first approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in internal recruitmen

    Promoting and building a high-performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre candidates available in the market
