**About the role - Permanent Role 0.8 FTE to FT Hours Negotiable**
- Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:_
- Build and manage relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support successful talent acquisition outcomes
- Lead the coordination and facilitation of assessment centres

- You will also have the following skills and experience:_
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar recruitment position preferably in a not for profit or community-based organisation
- Effective time management, planning skills and a high-level attention to detail
- Experience in using a range of P&C and/or recruitment systems
- Capability and the confidence to deliver group assessment centres and presentations to groups

**Specific Requirements**:

- You will be required to have, or be willing to obtain:_
- Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children check
- National Police Clearance
- Training: Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes)
- Ability and willingness to travel within South Australia as required
