Talent Acquisition Manager

SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

**_ About the role_**

Reporting to our General Manager People & Culture, you will support the Talent pillar of SkyCity's People & Culture Strategy by leading the day-to-day talent acquisition operations for the Adelaide business, ensuring sourcing and selection strategies, policies, processes and systems deliver the benefits to SkyCity with respect to cost efficiencies, quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and consistent best practice talent acquisition methodologies.

Leading and supporting a team of three high-performing Talent Acquisition Advisors, this role's primary focus for the next 12 months will be supporting the business across a number of projects within the regulatory compliance and employer branding space, whilst still maintaining a hands-on approach with operational requirements to support the team, as well appointments of Senior Leadership positions and People & Culture roles across the business.

On top of this, you will ensure excellent relationships are maintained with a number of industry partners and external/internal stakeholders to consistently drive talent for placement and internship opportunities within the business. You will also be a key liaison within the business with our regulatory bodies, system account managers and Group Talent Acquisition team. This will also be coupled with leading targeted sourcing initiatives to drive diversity and inclusion across the business, ensuring SkyCity Adelaide remains a highly diverse and inclusive employer.

**_ About you_**

Your extensive background in Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition at the leadership level will be diverse, fast-paced and customer-centric, coupled with excellent knowledge of best practice talent acquisition methodologies. You will be experienced and diligent with reporting requirements and be a natural compliance-minded operator to ensure processes are upheld and embedded.

Your leadership skills will see you manage and motivate a high performing team to deliver outcomes in line with business objectives and goals, coupled with your ability to build rapport, communicate ideas and influence decision making across all levels in the business. You will be highly resilient, have a flexible attitude and possess the ability to deal with pressure and ambiguity. You will recognise the value of building diverse and inclusive teams and cast a DE&I lens over a range of talent acquisition initiatives, coupled with:

- A high level of professionalism.
- High attention to detail as well exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to aid and support with a sense of urgency, including the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- An extensive knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS (applicant tracking systems); and
- A strong ability to problem solve, flex and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
