**About the role - Permanent Part-Time 0.6 to 0.8FTE (Negotiable)**

The People and Culture Team provides expertise and support across the full employee lifecycle, including business partnering, HR operations, work health and safety, learning and development, volunteering, talent acquisition and development. Focused on creating a culture and workplace where staff can perform at their best to provide high quality client outcomes.

The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team’s function. This position is responsible for helping facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the organisation attracts, selects, and retains top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate recruitment efforts and maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:_
- Support Talent Acquisition Team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

**About you**:

- You will also have the following skills and experience: _
- Proven experience in recruitment administration, preferably in a not for profit or community-based organisation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

- Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
- DHS Child-Related Employment Screening or Working With Children check
