**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Leading end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior roles, partnering with leaders to ensure confident, values-aligned hiring decisions.
- Driving continuous improvement of recruitment systems, processes, and leadership capability, while providing guidance and support to the Recruitment Officer and hiring leaders across the business.
- Developing and delivering talent acquisition strategies that address current and future workforce needs, while building and nurturing internal and external talent pipelines through key partnerships with universities and RTOs
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Supporting workforce planning, role design, and development of accurate position descriptions.
- Providing data-driven insights and reporting on key recruitment metrics.

**About You**
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Confidence in coaching leaders and using data to inform hiring decisions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
- Experience recruiting within large or multi-site organisations
- A proven ability to build strong talent pipelines and manage end-to-end recruitment
- Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices and workforce planning
- A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Exposure to aged care, healthcare, or other regulated sectors (desirable)
- A general understanding of employment law and industrial instruments - or a willingness to learn
