Level 1 Helpdesk Officers -Adelaide

Contract Opportunities | Immediate Start | Onsite Support

We are seeking Level 1 Desktop Support Engineers to join our client's IT support team on a contract basis, providing essential first-level support across our Adelaide and Cairns offices.

Role Locations & Duration

  • Adelaide –

  • Start: ASAP

  • End: January 2026 (limited extension potential)
  • Office: Adelaide, SA 5000

  • Cairns –

  • Start: 6 October 2025

  • End: 19 November 2025 (Short contract)
  • Office: Cairns, QLD 4870
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level IT support (phone-based and face-to-face).
  • Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, email, and Windows OS issues.
  • Create new user accounts and set up devices/workstations for new employees.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Level 1 IT support.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft technology stack.
  • Familiarity with M365 services.
  • Experience with file and print server troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract Details
  • Budget: Market rate
  • Working Arrangements: 3–4 days in the office.
  • Hours: Up to 8 hours per day.
