With scale that includes multiple states, this organisation delivers the highest quality of services to its customers and clients. Undergoing a period of exciting growth, an opportunity now exists for a P&C professional to come in and lead critical people & culture services.

Reporting into the newly appointed Chief People Officer, you will work with a capable team, inspiring and enhancing their service delivery across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Business Partnering. Working in an organisation that strives for operational excellence, you and your team’s ability to coach and support managers across the organisation to achieve positive employee relations and optimal people performance outcomes is key.

With sound HR management experience, you will be adept at leading and inspiring small P&C teams including Talent Acquisition in a collaborative and hands on manner. You will have strong ER and employment law knowledge and a proven ability to create change.

Initially a 4-month engagement to start as soon as possible, you will have the opportunity to work with the newly appointed CPO and support the development of people and culture strategies, programs and priorities. This opportunity has the potential to extend or become permanent.
