Hays are pleased to partner with an exceptional Injury and Disability Organisation based in Queensland, looking to find a ambitious People Manager to lead their Victoria Team. Renowned for its commitment and personalised care, with a client-centred approach and a commitment to delivering quality services. We are seeking a dedicated Injury Management Professional with people management experience or are ready to take that next step to join the team on a full time permanent bases.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the director, you will;
- Assist with recruitment and selection
- Supervise State Managers performance monthly to ensure high quality service delivery
- Customer relationship management
- Assist Director with marketing activities and developing new services
- Attend meetings with service users
- Monitor and support consultants to manage workload and work capacity
- Training staff and ensuring staff are maintaining professional development requirements
- Engage in and enforce WHS practices and procedures
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Allied health background
- Workplace rehabilitation experience, injury management or experience within the disability sector
- Experience in people management
- Prior experience with workers compensation / legislation knowledge
