**The Role**:

- Setup Happy HR including ensuring that all employee files are correctly filed, digitised, and accessible to the correct stakeholders
- Monitor and schedule individual pay actions
- Lead and work with managers to prepare position descriptions
- Onboard and induct staff across Australia
- Ensure managers are up-to-date with knowledge and advice
- Assist managers to minimise staff change
- Schedule and conduct KPI meetings in conjunction with the relevant manager
- Advise on current wage conditions and assist in budgeting
- Ensure that payroll is correct including managing absence, leave balance, and LSL
- Ensure Happy HR is implemented for all staff and appropriate training is provided
- Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
- Prepare pay and remuneration budgets
- Recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees

**Requirements**:

- Real-Estate exposure highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR and compliance management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
