**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Project Administration Officer with digital projects experience to join their team working remotely from home with the requirement to attend their Sydney CBD office 1 day per week. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Working within the Digital Team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of project, administrative and stakeholder support to the Data Analytics Project. The Data Analytics Project is the modernisation of the platform used to ingest data from Workers Compensation insurers. The project is entering into a phase of planning for onboarding insurers to the new platform.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end project coordination and support activities
- Track, monitor and report on project plans, status updates, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Initial triage of operational requests from stakeholders
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, forums and events
- Preparation of documentation including agenda’s, submissions, minutes, briefing notes, correspondence, presentation material and reports
- Undertake analysis, critically scrutinising data
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
- Identify emerging trends and issues, mitigating risks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and maintain risk registers
- Complete procurement and financial administrative duties including expenditure, budget, purchase orders, invoices and processing payments
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to the analysis, evaluation and review of project governance and documentation to ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of Project Methodologies including Agile and Waterfall

- Meticulous attention to details
- Solid stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office suite

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated Project Administration or Support experience within the Digital/IT Sector
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
