3 month temporary Scheduler vacancy in Inner North Brisbane with a high chance of extension.
**Your new company**
This Australian-owned mechanical services company has over 100 years' experience within the Australian market offering tailor-made solutions and services to commercial clients. They provide contractors to service air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation, electrical and painting needs to their clients, while also ensuring their operations are streamlined and innovative.
**Your new role**
You will plan, schedule and coordinator work for technicians and sub-contractors, ensuring they have necessary resources, materials and information to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. You will be involved in managing purchase orders, time sheets and payroll requirements, as well as reporting on labour positions, compliance and performance. You will work within a team environment and work closely with delivery managers, contractors and suppliers to manage the varied workload.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your scheduling or allocating experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritising ability
- High attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
