A government department based in Brisbane CBD is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their diverse team on a 2-year contract. You will be working with one of the largest workforce in the state, who are committed to ensuring education and care systems are aligned to the state's employment, skills, economic priorities, and inspire creativity, critical thinking, and resilience.

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage ICT-enabled projects; which are responsible for providing department-wide initiatives, delivering services, and programs relating to the enterprise platform. They are embarking on a major uplift of its network services and ensuring a smooth transition for all.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Undertaking project activities using recommended project control solutions.
- Assisting in the conduct of research about project issues.
- Preparing and drafting a range of project reports, spreadsheets, planning documentation, and other correspondence.
- Undertaking onboarding and exiting processes for new project staff.
- Monitoring budget and providing regular financial reports.
- Developing and building good work relationships with key stakeholders.
- Organising meetings, workshops, forums, and focus groups.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experienced in software such as SAP and SharePoint.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates ability to participate in and support liaison, consultation, and negotiation with diverse client groups.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and as a high-performance team member in a complex operating environment.
- Shows initiative and applies planning, analytical, and conceptual skills.
