Social Media Manager

BIA Fabrication is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team and play a key role in producing engaging content for YouTube and Facebook. As a Videographer, you will have the exciting opportunity to capture and edit visually stunning videos that resonate with our audience across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots to create compelling content for YouTube and Facebook.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Edit and enhance video footage to produce polished and visually appealing content.
- Collaborate with the content team to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve video production techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with various video equipment and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills to effectively communicate messages through video.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of YouTube and Facebook content trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative direction.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines.

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
