We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Spare Parts Interpreter** to join a reputable and well-established team in **Sumner**. This is a **temp-to-perm opportunity** with consistent full-time hours and a great working environment.

**About the Role**:
This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced team of two, working collaboratively yet independently across different parts of the business. You’ll be sharing responsibility with the current Spare Parts Interpreter, who will take the lead, but both roles are expected to operate with autonomy and confidence.

You'll be working in a **clean, organised warehouse environment**, providing parts support for a range of **plant-based mechanical equipment**. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work without supervision is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compile accurate quotes for the service department and external customers
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory control
- Operate and maintain data entry in the parts computer system
- Prepare and file all documentation appropriately
- Arrange courier deliveries and pickups
- Process customer invoices and sales data (internal and external)
- Ensure optimal use of service exchange products
- Maintain local purchase order records for stock parts and subcontractors
- Identify and log “2nd last item” inventory for restock consideration
- Handle inter-branch stock transfers and stock orders for replenishment
- Conduct stocktakes as directed
- Monitor and review parts pricing and volume discounts with supervisor
- Comply with OHSE and environmental regulations
- Initiate and resolve product or process-related non-conformances
- Scan all spare parts paperwork to the server for digital filing

**Requirements**:

- Completion of Year 12 (HSC or equivalent)
- Current driver's license (car)
- Proficient computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar spare parts or mechanical/engineering-based environment
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
