- Member Engagement Coordinator_ this newly created stakeholder management role will progress and promote the values of this dynamic organisation and will identify opportunities to improve Member relationships and engagement as follows but not limited to:

- Establishing strong relationships with Members.
- Being ‘Front facing’ with strong engagement skills.
- Regular engagement with internal stakeholders and awareness of organisational activities.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the Commonwealth and State Governments’ labour market skills and community services policies and programs.
- Performing regular analysis on issues related to employment and employment pathways, training and skills development together with community and social services.
- Reading and analysing information relating to the Not-for-Profit sector.
- Research, develop high quality content.
- Identifying opportunities to provide more value to Members based on an understanding of their business situation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve Member relationships and engagement.

Relevant post graduate qualifications would be highly regarded as would professional exposure to employment services and other related programs for the unemployed and other disadvantaged people. Experience in any member engagement and/or stakeholder management role would be ideal. Any experience in a policy/government/communications role and understanding of how to navigate bureauracy would also be highly beneficial.
