About the Role

This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across key customer segments, developing onboarding experiences to welcome new members and strengthen long-term relationships, collaborating with marketing teams to deliver innovative campaigns and events, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and analysing feedback and market research to continuously improve offerings and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across key customer segments

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A customer-focused professional with experience in a membership or customer engagement role, ideally in a sporting or events environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach with excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and experience using CRM systems
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
