Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator

This role involves coordinating and supporting volunteers to assist consumers in participating in everyday activities, maintaining or rebuilding confidence, improving social connectedness and emotional wellbeing, and staying active and healthy.

  • Assist consumers in participating in daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing overall wellbeing.
  • Coordinate capacity building and social inclusion activities for people of all abilities, promoting inclusivity and respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, or a related discipline. You will also have experience working with vulnerable people and a current Valid Victorian Driver's Licence.

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers to support program delivery.
  • Engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, including participants, carers, and community members.
