**The Opportunity**

Healthcare Management (HCM) has embarked on a program to evolve its Healthcare Purchasing Plan (HPP), towards being the preferred partner of choice for healthcare providers. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Health Transformation team by coordinating and managing engagements with our hospital partners. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, tracking, and documenting crucial meetings such as quarterly performance reviews and strategic committee sessions. You'll ensure that meeting records are accurately maintained, agendas and minutes are promptly circulated, and actions are followed through to completion. This role is essential to maintaining governance and fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring our partnerships run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Coordinating and tracking engagement meetings with our hospital partners, including quarterly reviews and committee sessions.
- Working closely with key stakeholders and internal teams to schedule meetings and progress agreed actions.
- Support Strategic Partnership Managers in developing and tracking partnership plans, progress, and investment needs.
- Maintain action registers to track responsibilities, deadlines, and progress.
- Provide admin support for engagement meetings (excluding BAU meetings) and assist with minute-taking.
- Collaborate on reporting with the Head of Health Transformation, highlighting progress and key areas of focus.
- Help plan and coordinate provider engagement forums with the GM of Hospital & Medical Partnerships.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong experience as a Team Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including strong Word processing skills.
- Proven ability to develop and present polished presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with a track record of coordinating and planning activities.
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, with ownership of tasks and integrity in delivering results.
- Event management experience (desirable).
