**About Your Role**:
As our Business Manager, you will be required to effectively manage the SLES business unit across Bankstown and Mascot, meeting Scope, Contract, and NDIS Practice Standards and relevant requirements. You will coach and assist our Employment consultants to reach KPI's and business targets by assisting school leavers of different demographics to overcome barriers, and support them in attaining and maintaining employment.

**About You**:

- High standard of ethical behavior and strong cultural values, strong in both integrity and confidentiality
- A problem solver, a quick study, a self-starter with a passion for helping people with disability to achieve their employment goals
- Ability to work autonomously, high level initiative to find innovative solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion, to meet deadlines and manage ambiguity, with strong time management skills
- Sales and marketing experience with demonstrated ability in networking and negotiating skills with the ability to build and enhance key stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent people management skills with coaching and mentoring experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills, vision, drive, and a willingness to work with a variety of people prioritising a person-centred approach
- Flexible attitude to work, including a willingness to travel and to attend occasional events/meetings outside normal business hours

**Requirements**:

- Third COVID vaccine dose
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 and above) and your own motor vehicle.
- WWC Check and NDIS Workers Check or willingness to obtain.
- Previous management experience in Employment Services
