About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Bankstown. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this is a role where you'll provide financial insights, business partnering, and reporting to drive informed decision-making across the business.


What You'll Do

  • Process and monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements
  • Ensure all month end procedures and general ledger reconciliations are performed and help drive an accounting compliant culture
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for financial functions by liaising with Group Tax Manager and ensuring timely completion of BAS, payroll tax returns, preparing data for tax and FBT returns
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements
  • Periodic Reporting to Head Office including P&L, Balance Sheet
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For

Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)

Proven experience in a finance business partnering or Management Accountant role

Strong commercial acumen and communication skills

Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver actionable insights
