**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Group General Manager HR Commercial & Regional Hub we have an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced, innovative and commercial HR professional to lead a small team of HR Business Partners. You will partner closely with our Commercial senior leadership teams and our CEO for the Asahi Lifestyle Beverages business to drive a high-performing organisation and play an active role in decision making, whilst driving continuous improvement, performance and accountability across the business.

This position is a blend of operational and strategic leadership. Your strong influencing skills, passion for transformation, and leading through change will be key as we embark on a truly exciting time in the next stage of evolution and growth for our business.

**The opportunity**:

- Co-pilot with the ALB Leadership Team to deliver the ALB mid-term plan; contributing to the overall success of the business
- Lead the execution of the ALB HR plan to support the achievement of the business strategy including: building strategic capabilities, enhancing the employee experience and attracting, developing and retaining talent
- Responsible for the future workforce planning strategies for the ALB business
- As a key member of the Commercial & Regional Hub Leadership team develop and execute HR plans to ensure close alignment to company priorities through strong collaboration and an enterprise-wide mindset
- Partner with the ALB Leadership Team to drive a high performance culture ensuring they have the right leadership capabilities and are driving accountability through the organisation
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset and to drive a high performance culture across ALB

**About You**

You have a strong track record of leading high performing teams and partnering with Senior Leaders. Additionally, you will have experience leading large scale change such as integrations and transformations.

Additionally, you have the following:

- Substantial HR management experience with a track record of success in partnering with senior leaders and delivering outcomes through effective workforce planning
- Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level
- Strong leadership capability; experience leading teams
- Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Experience leading large scale change such as integrations and transformations
- Ability to coach, influence and hold senior leaders to account
- Experience in FMCG is preferred but not essential
