We are looking for a Senior HR Adviser (HR Business Partner) to help grow our high performing team. In this partnering role you will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Injury Management Adviser on a broad range of HR and ER matters whilst contributing to the development of policies and procedures that support the way we work.

As the Senior HR Adviser (HR Business Partner) at Parliament of Victoria this means you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice on a range of HR matters.

You will partner directly with stakeholders to provide hands on support in the handling of individual matters, as well as work across the HR Business Partner team on operation wide matters including enterprise bargaining, policy development, and change management.

You will support inclusivity by delivering against objectives within our Disability and Inclusion Plan, and promote a culture embracing safety by supporting our employees in their return to the workplace and deploying initiatives that improve workplaces across Victoria.
