**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruitment/selection/induction
- Employee relations, counselling and wellbeing
- Remuneration, benefits and assessment
- Support team with HR and Payroll processing duties
- Training, facilitation, and development including developing material
- Maintaining documentation including position descriptions, org charts, various HR reports, policies etc
- Professional development planning
- WH&S
- First point of contract for all HR queries including use of the HRIS system

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Strengths in stakeholder management, organisation, communication, and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Substantial HR experience from a similar role previously
- Sound knowledge of current employment legislation
