Our client is a leading national entertainment company with multiple divisions under their umbrella. With the head office located in Melbourne, they are a high-performing team that embrace diversity and innovation but also likes to have fun and support each other.

The HR team is going through a period of transformation, reestablishing the HR foundations and lifting their profile in the business as a true value add business partner.

**About the Role**
This is a career-building opportunity for an experienced HRBP to enable their employees and add value through relationship building and lifting capability. In addition, this role will lead a variety of HR Projects and initiatives in the pipeline and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. As the HR Business Partner, reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will:

- Deliver generalist HR support and advice for overall employee excellence
- Monitor trends, and identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the existing HR processes
- Provide considered employee relations guidance and support to people leaders
- Support leaders who have 260 employees through changes and restructure within the business whilst building capability
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide coaching/ push back or influence as required

**About You**
The successful applicant will have:

- Proven experience in a HRBP or Generalist capacity
- A track record for working on projects and workforce planning
- Experience with strong stakeholder engagement skills and genuine interest to be involved in the delivery of key business objectives.
- Will contribute their years of experience to enhance capability in Employee Relations
- Enjoys nurturing relationships advice, support, coaching and assistance to people leaders and employees
