THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Loan Specialist to join our Shakespeare
Leasing & Mortgage Solutions team, a specialist finance broking division of Shakespeare
Financial Group. Through a structured and transparent process, we combine specialised
advice with personal and business lending solutions. This includes residential loans,
commercial loans, and asset finance.
With a focus on providing high-quality finance solutions to existing and prospective

**customers, key responsibilities will include**:

- Building and maintaining effective relationships with accountants and other referral

partners
- Structuring finance options for clients
- Assessing and recommending the most appropriate lender and product for each loan

ABOUT YOU

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Strong experience in loan writing
- Understanding of loan documentation and compliance requirements including
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must have prior experience in banking or finance specific to assessing client's income

and expense information
- Be an engaged and adaptable individual who is looking for a bright future in the

financial services industry
