Job description

At Fin Me, we are a fast-growing mortgage and finance brokerage based in West Melbourne, helping clients unlock their financial potential across home loans, commercial lending, and asset finance. With more than star Google reviews and a reputation for excellence, we're looking for a motivated Loan Processor to join our team.

Your role will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and lodging loan applications.
  • Liaising with clients, brokers, and lenders to track applications through to settlement.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met (NCCP, file notes, documentation).
  • Managing multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in loan processing, credit support, or banking operations (mortgage broking preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with broker CRMs (Infinity, ApplyOnline, Mercury, or similar) is an advantage.
