About the Role

This is a full-time PAYG Mortgage Broker role, working closely with a Director and experienced support team. You'll manage your own client files from application through to settlement, with admin and client service support provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end home loan applications, from fact-find to settlement
  • Provide expert advice on structure, lender selection, and product suitability
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal team to ensure smooth approval and settlement
  • Stay up to date on credit policies and product changes across major and non-bank lenders
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience with regular communication and trusted advice

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker (Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking required)
  • Strong understanding of residential lending, lender policies, and compliance
  • Confident managing deals independently while working within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with a genuine client-first approach
  • Experience using broker software (Loan Market tools, ApplyOnline, MyCRM, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver
