Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Working with a steady flow of high-quality leads provided by the business, while also generating your own leads through your network and proactive outreach.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through loan options to find the best solution for their needs.
- Liaising with lenders, clients, and support teams to ensure smooth processing and approvals.
- Staying up to date with lending policies and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Maintaining compliance with Responsible Lending and Best Interests Duty requirements.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking Management).
- A minimum of one year of experience in client and referral relationship management (as a Banker, Broker or similar).
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A self-driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and meeting compliance standards.
