**The Role**

The new Loan Assessor role will add to our existing Loans Processing team based in Leederville WA.

Key duties will include:

- Dealing with loan scenarios and queries from brokers
- Assist with the ongoing training of our existing brokers
- Assist brokers with loan submissions through to Bluebay Home Loans

The ideal applicant will possess:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in all aspects of loans assessing
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management and the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail coupled with speed and accuracy
- Customer-focused approach with a desire to provide top-tier service
- Sound judgement and credit assessment capabilities
- Knowledge of SMSF and/or NDIS lending is a plus (not essential)
