Due to a significant uplift in business we are currently recruiting for several positions within our Lending Operations team.

We are currently recruiting for the positions listed below:

- Loans Processing Officers - Funding
- Loans Processing Officers - Verifications
- Broker Assessors

These positions are available across our Perth, Coffs Harbour or Brisbane offices

**What you will bring**

We are keen to hear from people with the following experience and skills:

- Desirable:

- Experience in credit assessment/validation or general loan processing roles.
- A knowledge of lending documentation, security documents, PEXA (online property settlement system) and Landgate (land information services) procedures
- Mandatory:

- Strong administration skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- A strong customer service focus
- Effective communication skills
- A collaborative approach to teamwork
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment
- Risk Awareness
