Samsung Ads, the advertising arm of Samsung Electronics, leverages proprietary real-time TV viewing behavior and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences to consumers. We partner with brands, agencies and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within our Smart TV platform and programmatically with a cross device solution.
Samsung TV Plus, Samsung’s free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) service offers an internet-based TV experience to consumers with instant access to a wide range of exciting and premium content across news, sports, music, movies, entertainment and more.
**Why Join our team**
The Marketing & Operations Manager, for Samsung Ads and Services ANZ & SEA is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing operations. The goal of marketing operations is to make the marketing process as frictionless as possible.
You will collaborate closely with Consumer & Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics, to coordinate a shared set of priorities, and plan. You will also work with each function to deliver quarterly reporting and measurement to the business leadership. Finally, you will be a liaison between marketing and our partners in Finance, Procurement and legal, to create efficient process and ensure the team is set for success.
This role will work closely with the Marketing Director to manage workflow across Marketing projects such as key events, PR and design to ensure timely delivery and measure results. You will have ownership and oversee the migration onto global platforms & tools to help create efficiencies and measure marketing ROI.
We are looking for a confident individual with strong project management skills who understands the importance of delivering impactful results. You should have experience in working across multiple stakeholders and delivering multiple projects in a timely manager. **What we need for this role**
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Play an integral role in managing a high volume of marketing projects, timeline and deliverables for marketing projects across ANZ & South East Asia.
- Oversee projects by managing overall coordination, internal / external communication, and relationship maintenance with ability to escalate issues when necessary
- Define and document project requirements and processes with expected results
- Maintain and communicate project milestones effectively and anticipate potential risk or challenges
- Manage opportunities to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and customers are contacted on a daily basis with updates
- Work with our events agency and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met, and manage event platform with registrations, RSVPs and guest management
- Work closely with global Marketing Operations team to understand global efficiencies, platforms and tools
- Manage the transition onto global platforms to measure and automate marketing impact.
- Management of other systems and processes inclusive of: Samsung vendor on boarding system, procurement systems, finance systems and Project Management tools.
- Manage the Marketing Budget and ensure all aspects of vendor registration, payment and share out regular reports to finance and leads and on spend and forecasting for the year
- Manage relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate projects, keep projects on time, on budget
- Immaculate presentation skills. The ability to transform and messy spreadsheet into something effective and visually appealing.

**Ideal Qualifications**:
- 5+ years working in a project management role
- Direct experience in managing multi-faceted projects with timeline management
- Must be task driven and have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple short
- and long-term projects
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and phone
- Advanced level skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and other platforms
- Previous experience in Marketing/Advertising/media industry a plus.
- We are looking for high level of integrity, passion in providing this vital service to the platform and sense of urgency to “make things happen”.
