Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office / Operations Manager to support our agency’s daily operations for 20-30 hours per week. This contractor role offers the potential to grow into a full-time position. As a key player in our operations team, you’ll assist with property listings, scheduling, CRM updates, and administrative tasks, ensuring our agency runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**
- **Property Listing Coordination**: Prepare listing documents, update property information, and coordinate with agents to ensure listings are accurate and compelling.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage appointment scheduling and open house coordination, including confirmations with clients and agents.
- **CRM Management**: Update buyer, seller, and property data within our CRM, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- **Client Communication**: Assist in responding to client inquiries, providing timely updates, and coordinating follow-up tasks as needed.
- **Marketing Support**: Prepare marketing materials and assist in posting to social media channels.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within real estate or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (familiarity with real estate CRMs is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Benefits**:
