**Peninsula Personal Injury Lawyers** work collaboratively across two offices in North Perth and Mandurah. This Mandurah based role will see you join a friendly, progressive team to provide support to our clients who have been injured at work, in motor vehicle accidents or have public liability claims.
Our aim is to support our clients, provide the right advice and help manage them through the process to maximise their entitlements financially and settle at the right time for our clients. We love our work and get huge job satisfaction helping our clients achieve great results after dealing with a difficult experience.
Our team is important to us. We regularly plan formal and informal training as well as mentoring for every member of our team. The team also enjoys regular social events sponsored by the company to show appreciation and thanks for the hard work done in achieving our company goals.
**About You**:
You will describe yourself as an experienced admin professional who has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to dealing with people. You thrive in a busy role and have the initiative to pick up work when time permits, essentially you are of the attitude ‘there is always something to do’
Previous experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not essential. We are seeking a system driven professional has a knack for client communication. You enjoy pressure, can juggle multiple tasks and are a keen supporter of other team members.
**The Opportunity**:
You will play a pivotal role within our team. Your main objective will be to take details from a prospective client and schedule them in to see one of our solicitors. Once the client becomes a part of PPIL, you will follow a structured process to assist with the administrative processes of setting up of the client files.
**Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, your main duties will include**:
- Responding to client enquiries via the telephone.
- Taking detailed notes to pass on to solicitors.
- Follow work procedures to open client files.
- Work efficiently once knowledge is attained and juggle multiple tasks.
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Previous experience in an Admin based role entailing telephone enquiries.
- Experience within the legal industry will be advantageous but not essential.
- Your own transport.
- A great phone manner, happy disposition and work with empathy.
- The confidence to take details from client without getting flustered.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- The ability to handle a busy office and sympathise with clients who may be stressed on the phone.
