**Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)**on a rotational schedule, with current operating hours from **6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.** Saturday shifts are required every 2 to 3 weeks, and if you work on a Saturday, you will receive a rostered day off (RDO) during the week.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**Managing the Claims Process**: Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently.**Reviewing Reports**: Analyze documents and make informed decisions regarding claims.**Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers.**Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.**Time Management**: Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.**Team Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with your teammates.
