**The role**
When accidents happen, our customers need a reliable set of hands to manage their insurance claim. As a Motor Claims Consultant you will guide our customers through the claim process and bring simplicity to a stressful situation.

**You will bring**:
- Effective communication with others both in person (with our colleagues) and over the phone (with our customers);
- A calm and collected exterior, enabling you to diffuse situations involving conflict and approach a challenge with an open mind;
- The desire to succeed at providing outstanding customer service;
- Intermediate computer skills - ability to troubleshoot and comfort working in multiple systems
- Maturity to talk about both WHAT IS and WHAT IS NOT working (we do that a lot); Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment;
