Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) on a rotational schedule, with current operating hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Saturday shifts are required every 2 to 3 weeks, and if you work on a Saturday, you will receive a rostered day off (RDO) during the week.

• Managing the Claims Process: Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently.
• Reviewing Reports: Analyze documents and make informed decisions regarding claims.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
• Time Management: Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with your teammates.
