Your new role

As Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multi-residential developments from procurement through to project completion. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, assessing progress claims, preparing variations, and liaising with subcontractors and consultants. Working closely with the project manager and site teams, you'll ensure compliance, cost control, and timely reporting across all phases of construction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in residential or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
