Due to phenomenal growth we are looking for Full-Time Retail Operations and Planning Co-Ordinator to join our national Trinny London Team.
**This role is essential in ensuring the right products are available at the right place, time, and price, driving both customer satisfaction and business profitability.**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- ** Merchandise Planning** - Develop seasonal and annual merchandise plans based on sales trends, market conditions, and company objectives.
- ** Inventory Management** - Analyse inventory performance to identify slow-moving, overstocked, or understocked items.
- ** Sales Forecasting and Reporting** - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-through rates, gross margin, and revenue targets.
- ** Collaboration with Teams** - Work closely client, NPM, marketing, and store managers to align inventory strategies with promotional activities and sales goals.
- ** Market and Trend Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- ** System and Process Management**:
- Utilise planning and inventory management tools/software to streamline operations.
- Experience in either Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Retail Planner, Merchandise Planner, or a similar role in retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, or retail-specific tools).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with fantastic communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Experience in managing a retail team.
- Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire.
- Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
