Hawksworth have partnered with a major
**Wealth Management Client to on-board a Project Analyst/Program Co-ordinator. This is an 8 month contract with a view to be extended. The role is based in Sydney (Hybrid work environment)**

This is a great time to join the team as they are growing and branching out due to new projects and programs.

We are looking for a super star
**Project Analyst/Program Co-ordinator** to help them with this phase:

- )

**Experience**:

- 5-10 years’ financial services preferable, experience in operations or reporting roles (In Wealth Management would be amazing)
- Experience in Project Management Office environment, financial management, resource and operations management
- Worked with delivery focused teams
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen
- Understanding of enterprise level portfolio management and PMO processes
- Excellent planning skills
- Relationship building skills with a strong focus on supporting internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at a Senior and Executive level
