This State Government Department is searching for an experienced AO4 Customer Relations Officer to join their diverse and exciting team.

**Your new role**
The Customer Relations Officer will contribute to the team by proactively engaging with customers and internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively manage and deliver outcomes to a broad range of complaints and enquiries relating to this government departments services.
- Liaise with delivery partners to respond to customer feedback and complaints through effective coordination, monitoring and analysis of sometimes complex and sensitive issues.
- Prioritise workload measured against clear KPI's to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Provide articulate and professional customer-focussed written and verbal advice
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Providing, interpreting and analysing information for stakeholders
- Investigate, interpret or evaluate information relating to complaints to either make decisions within existing legislation and processes or for escalating non-routine decisions

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience and capability using computer systems including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or in other CRM platforms and experience in MS Suite products.
- Experience and capability with resolving complaints
- Experience working in task focussed environments against KPIs ensuring quality and performance
- Decision making responsibility and demonstrate judgement about when to escalate issues and remains composed during high-stakes situations.

**What you'll get in return**
