Workplace/ Industrial Relations Consultant position within the Education Sector

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be part of the Workplace Management team managing complex and sensitive compliance issues. You will be identifying best practice options and flexible solutions to challenges they are facing regarding employee relations, work health and safety.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this position you will need to have experience working in employment relations or industrial relations. Legal qualifications and practising certificate would be highly regarded for this role., Experience in the education sector will also be advantageous. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a team. You will also be able to manage multiple demands across the stakeholder base.
